How many movers should I book?

Should I pack myself or let the crew handle it?
It’s entirely up to you. If you’re short on time, our full-service crew can pack everything — kitchen, books, décor, and more. If you prefer to save on cost, pack smaller items yourself and leave the heavy furniture and fragile pieces to us.

Do you provide assembly and disassembly?
Yes. Standard assembly and disassembly are always included — things like beds, tables, and desks are handled by our movers using professional tools. What’s important to know is that licensed moving companies, by law, cannot connect or disconnect any appliances from utility lines or drill into walls. Gas, water, and electrical connections must be handled by certified technicians for safety reasons. We’ll take care of all standard furniture needs, but leave the rest to the pros who specialize in it.

Are your trucks branded?

How are estimates calculated?
Every job starts with a guaranteed estimate. For accuracy, we offer quick video or in-person visual inspections to review every detail — no hidden costs, no surprises.

Should I tip the crew?
Tipping is never mandatory — and this isn’t like a restaurant where you’re expected to leave a set percentage. It’s completely private between you and the movers.
