I had some large furniture to move from a storage unit, and had two guys and a truck come to help me sort through what I wanted and bring it back to my flat. It was a great process. The manager Joe is really helpful and friendly; and the movers were strong enough to move everything literally under the minimum of 3 hours with time to spare-- which is a feat to say the least. They had the best prices of any moving company I've ever found; the guys even assembled my furniture and offered their opinions about how it should be laid out in my flat. My big puppy seemed to really enjoy playing around with the movers while they were working; but the guys took it like champs. I would definitely recommend Trek Movers simply for the efficiency, friendliness and speed alone. How did two guys move multiple sofas, an armoire, a solid wood bed, two mattresses and more; and assemble it all in under 3 hours? I don't know, it seems impossible; but Trek Movers managed to do it! I can't say enough good things about this company and the entire process. Dealing with these guys from initial contact through to the actual move was the least stressful part of moving and I couldn't be more thankful! Joe was my point of contact from the beginning and he was very thorough and genuinely wanted to get me the most fair and accurate pricing. They are VERY REASONABLY PRICED for what they provide. The day of the move three movers showed up and were very efficient. They wrapped things thoroughly, were very clean and organized. They even hoisted my couch over the balcony as if it was nothing. The most impressive part was when we arrived to the new apartment it was determined the couch wouldn't fit in the elevator or stairs. The head mover asked me if I wanted to keep the couch. I told him I loved the couch to which he replied "no problem" and immediately got to work coaching his guys on helping him hoist the couch back over a second balcony. It was amazing! Started with excellent coordination with Joe. Answered all my questions amd had a great end price with the voucher Joe suggested i should buy. I had to change the time last minute and Joe quickly helped me out and took care of it. And for the move itself Alexander and Sergei were very professional and very efficient. For a living, I have a lot of experience moving furniture and boxes around and have worked with many moving companies.  The last company I worked with was absolutely terrible and I was really nervous about hiring another moving company.  Trek Movers by far has been the best experience I've had.   From the beginning, Joe was thorough and asked great questions that I didnt even think about. He asked me about the address and site conditions, so that his guys would be as prepared as possible. The guys were prompt, let me know when they were on their way, and were very efficient! There were a total of 3 stops and the guys were prepared with addresses and knew exactly where we were going.  Nothing was damaged and they placed everything exactly where I needed it.  I had forgotten a mirror in their truck and the guys actually brought it back to me the next day! It was so nice of them to do that for me! Not to mention, the price was great! I needed to move from West Hollywood to Studio City and made a few calls to various moving companies. Joe at Trek Movers gave me a great quote and I really liked his straight forward attitude. The entire process of setting up and confirming everything was detailed and efficient. The day of the move came and the team leader Ilya showed up on time with two other movers, with clear communication as to his arrival time. The guys were very polite, efficient and had great attitudes. I hadn't been able to pack as much as I had wanted to due to a trip right before the move, and they helped me box up some items in the wardrobe boxes they brought. They took great care in wrapping up all my furniture and framed art, handling everything gently. Moving is never a fun experience, but Trek Movers definitely helped make this move smooth. Did a move from West Hollywood to Torrance from afar. Communication was excellent and it was not just a cold quote from Yelp as some other companies were. Talked me through everything and had a good price. Movers showed up with 30 minutes warning by text, were very professional, and wrapped everything well. They even re-wrapped stuff when asked since I was putting it into storage. Great experience, would definitely use again. Grabbed the Yelp deal, didn't realize it's like a Groupon and not a coupon. If I could do 10 stars, I would. I picked these movers because I knew we would have to hoist a couch over our 2nd story balcony to get it out, and they had a pic of their movers on yelp doing just that! From the first phone call with Joe, I was even more confidant we would be in great hands. We were scheduled to move into our new condo the day before Thanksgiving, but due to a delay in escrow, we ended up needing to move ON Thanksgiving. No joke, Joe said not only do they move on ThAnksgiving, but there was no premium to do so! Incredible. So 3 super strong guys showed up at 10a on the dot and helped us pack up remaining boxes, disassemble furniture and get our furniture down 2 flights of stairs. They were speedy, safe and efficient! After 7.5 loooong hours, we were finally in our condo. AND the cherry on the cardboard box sundae? The owner called us at the end of the day and said we were the only customers they had that day and we're going to give us a Thanksgiving bonus of 50% off!
