We had a great experience with Trek Movers. We needed help packing a container with household goods for an overseas voyage from LA to Hawaii. From my first conversations with Joe, everything was fantastic about working with Trek. Joe was great to work with and made scheduling extremely easy. The quoted price was extremely fair as well. Also, Joe helped arrange pickup of a loading ramp which was so helpful and beyond my expectations. The crew arrived on time to help with the load and did a great and conscientious job both wrapping and loading our items. And the loading of the container was impressive. Everything was packed so well and expertly. The job took time, but it really was done impeccably. Everything was securely strapped and slotted together so well. We had some tricky items too and I was very impressed with how well everything was handled. Also, the crew was a delight to work with and they had a great attitude. When we opened our container in Maui, every single item was still strapped in place and hadn't moved at all. Even the local moving company that helped unload our container was impressed with the packing. I can't say enough good things about our experience and I highly recommend working with Trek Movers. I normally don't write reviews but I think in this world where we concentrate more on making complaints, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write about how wonderful Trek Movers were. It was a GREAT experience working with them. I didn't know of any reputable moving company so of course, I looked on yelp. What caught my eye was that Joe was responding to every review! I did request a quote directly from this site but I didn't hear back so I just called the next day. Joe explained everything very clearly and was always very responsive to my questions and emails. The movers, Vladimir and Viacheslav worked SO hard. It was a HOT day and I live on the 2nd Floor, but they didn't slack off at all. They were very trustworthy people and I felt confident putting my things in their care. Hopefully I won't have to move in the near future but when I do, I am definitely using Trek Movers again without a doubt! Read more

Was lucky to work with Joe at Trek Movers. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and more than willing to work with me with my budget and tight schedule to move. His caring attitude carried all the way through the experience, from booking to completing my excruciating move. The team of movers were extremely professional and careful and asked many questions to ensure I was happy with the job. After moving 2 x's in the past 3 months and after my experience with a different moving company (which was not bad at all), I'd definitely return to Trek Movers in the future. Having used a different moving service before, and now that I can compare the two... I will be usingTrek Movers in the future! They really made the moving experience quick and enjoyable. I am very satisfied with how professional, friendly and reliable they are. They treated my belongings very carefully and wrapped everything professionally...which was a relief considering they moved a lot of expensive electronics and furniture. They also took great care of our less expensive items, which was very appreciated. When I requested the quote Joe answered all of my questions quickly and precisely and more thoroughly than other companies. The movers showed up on time and had good attitudes/were friendly and we had a lot of laughs while getting things in and out. I feel like their prices are very competitive as well. We hired Trek Movers to move my daughter's belongings out of a one-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles into a storage unit in Santa Clarita. Joe was great in communicating everything we needed to know and the three movers were courteous and fast yet careful with the move. I had a wonderful experience using Trek movers that I even had my boyfriend use them a few weeks later. Joe is so helpful, and the movers were extremely respectful and kind. They were very careful to pack all my items meticulously so nothing was to break, and they had wardrobe boxes I could use to move my clothes allowing me to return the ones I purchased. From the time I contacted Trek movers to the time I moved in, I had an excellent experience. Joe, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and extremely patient with me (I had to delay my move multiple times). I never had an issue getting the date and time I needed. On move day, Slava and two other men came to move me. My move took a bit longer than originally thought due to construction issues at my apartment but the guys were really great! All my stuff got to my new place in one piece, no damage that I have seen so far. Joe also checked in a couple weeks later! Great group to hire for a move!! I highly recommend them. Read more
