I was BEYOND HAPPY with my experience with this company. From the beginning, the owner, Joe, was so upfront about pricing and expectations. I never felt like he was trying to BS me like so many other moving companies. He was straightforward and talked me through everything and answered all of my questions. On the day of the move, Viacheslav and Pavel came and they were AMAZING. They were on time, so nice, and extremely professional. They were careful with my stuff and got the move done in an hour less than I expected. I highly recommend this moving company. I moved a studio apartment worth of things, no appliances in the original quote. I asked last minute for them to help move a washer and dryer and they were so helpful. I planned to use POD container for a long distance move, and was undecided on what size that would be the most economical for my belongings. I called Trek and spoke with David, I also told him my dilemma, he offered to give me his best estimate on the size of storage unit, if I provided him photos of my belongings. I provided him the photos, and he sent back his opinion on the size of storage unit, and also a very detailed explanation including measurements on why he chose that size. All of this and I had not even confirmed to move with Trek! Great customer service from the start! I liked that this company did not require a deposit, just an email confirmation. They also offered a yelp coupon and a 5% discount for cash payment. The movers arrived on time, came in to inspect my furniture, and went to work. I got two men for my 2nd floor, one bedroom apartment, and that was perfect. The movers were nice, and wrapped everything as I requested, they even suggested I keep some things I planned to get rid of, and I'm glad they did. When we arrived to my storage they expediently loaded my unit up, and tetris packed it perfectly. The movers were very knowledgeable on how and where to back my furniture and boxes to prevent damage and movement. My belongings arrived to their destination (over 2,000 miles) in the exact same spot as they were packed. I would def recommend them! Read more

I had best experience possible with Trek Movers, they were on time, quick and efficient. My roommate and are not very big and we had a lot of heavy furniture which they moved effortlessly with no help required from us. They were polite and so nice even though I was a bit demanding due to stress. It took about 5 hours for a 2 bed 2 bath which is so quick and the pricing was so much better than of their competitors. If I have to move again I will be sure to use Trek Movers ! Read more
