I just finished an inner city moving job for my daughter and her roommate in LA. Note that the most difficult thing is getting through the first time to Trek but after that it was great. Joe T took my reservation, walked me through all the discounts and parking details for the truck including the phone number to get a parking permit from LA which is fairly easy to do. The day before he called me to confirm; and the day of the lead mover, Alex, texted me 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival. The 3 movers worked quickly and efficiently. Alex went over everything in detail before and after. FYI it took 5.5 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment 8 miles and 99 percent of everything was packed. Thanks Trek!

These guys were amazing for our move in the end of May 2018. Incredible work wrapping furniture and moving entire dressers still filled with clothes. Excellent packing skills and very efficient. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

This team was amazing especially given that I went into labor night they were supposed to get to our place to help us move. Very professional and very nice. I would highly recommend this company for any moves.

These guys made moving painless. 2 guys came over for 4 hours and moved everything I own. The team was very friendly, the dispatch was very precise and most importantly they were on time!

I planned to use POD container for a long distance move, and was undecided on what size that would be the most economical for my belongings. I called Trek and spoke with David, I also told him my dilemma, he offered to give me his best estimate on the size of storage unit, if I provided him photos of my belongings. I provided him the photos, and he sent back his opinion on the size of storage unit, and also a very detailed explanation including measurements on why he chose that size. All of this and I had not even confirmed to move with Trek! Great customer service from the start! I liked that this company did not require a deposit, just an email confirmation. They also offered a yelp coupon and a 5% discount for cash payment.

The movers arrived on time, came in to inspect my furniture, and went to work. I got two men for my 2nd floor, one bedroom apartment, and that was perfect. The movers were nice, and wrapped everything as I requested, they even suggested I keep some things I planned to get rid of, and I'm glad they did. When we arrived to my storage they expediently loaded my unit up, and tetris packed it perfectly. The movers were very knowledgeable on how and where to back my furniture and boxes to prevent damage and movement. My belongings arrived to their destination (over 2,000 miles) in the exact same spot as they were packed. I would def recommend them!
